These terms describe your use of Exam Days and examdays.app, provided by Netkreatives. For questions, contact [email protected]. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
Using Exam Days
Exam Days helps you track exams and organize preparation. Use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. You remain responsible for the exam information you enter, your preparation decisions and keeping any copies or backups you need.
Exam dates and study guidance
Countdowns, reminders, study suggestions and readiness indicators are organizational aids. They are not a guarantee of exam results or a substitute for your school’s instructions. Published exam dates can change and may not cover your specific paper or location. Always confirm the date and requirements with your school or exam authority. Notifications and widgets also depend on device settings and operating-system behavior.
Free access and the one-time unlock
Free access includes one active countdown, three study tasks available once, and an optional day-before reminder. The full feature set is available through a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. The current local price and purchase terms are shown by Apple before payment. Restore a qualifying purchase using the same Apple Account. Apple handles payment and refund requests under its applicable terms; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Local data and privacy
Exam and study data are stored locally. Removing the app, changing devices or losing access to a backup can affect that data. Exam Days does not provide its own cloud-sync service. Our privacy policy explains analytics, purchase processing, install attribution, support messages and deletion options.
Content and intellectual property
The app, website, branding and original materials belong to Netkreatives or their respective rights holders. Your use does not transfer ownership of them. You keep your rights to the information you enter. Apple, App Store and other provider names belong to their respective owners.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Exam Days useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free information or compatibility with every future device or system version. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update the app, website and these terms as the service develops. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. Contact [email protected] for support or questions about these terms.
