Delete your Exam Days data

Exam Days does not have user accounts or Facebook Login. This page explains how to remove local app data and request deletion of identifiable information held by us or processed on our behalf. It is also the public data-deletion instructions page for our Meta/Facebook app.
1. Remove exams and study information
In your exam list, swipe an exam to reveal Delete, then delete it. To remove the app’s local data from a device, use iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) → Exam Days → Delete App. Choose Delete App, not Offload App: offloading keeps documents and data. If you keep device backups, manage those separately in your Apple backup settings.
2. Request deletion of other information
Email [email protected] with the subject “Exam Days data deletion”. Tell us what you want deleted, such as a support conversation or identifiable purchase/analytics records. Send the request from the email address used for support where possible. For purchase-related requests, we may need an order reference or other limited information to locate and verify the record. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

You do not need to delete a Facebook-linked Exam Days account, because no such account is created. If you contact us about Meta-related information, describe the request in your email. We will assess the information we control and any request we can make to a provider on your behalf. For information held independently by Meta, use Meta’s privacy and information controls. We cannot erase your Facebook account or promise to identify an automatic install event from your email address.
What deletion does and does not remove
Deleting local app data does not automatically erase Apple transaction records, provider logs, device backups or earlier support correspondence. Purchase records may be needed to restore your unlock or meet legal obligations. We will explain any information that must be retained, and why. Deleting data is not a purchase-refund request.
What happens next
We review your request, ask for limited verification if necessary, and respond within the time required by applicable law. Where we can identify relevant information, we will delete it or explain any lawful retention or technical limitation. Anonymous or aggregated information may not be linkable to you. No Exam Days account or payment is required to submit a request.
